Tottenham Has Told the Club’s New Boy He is Glad Harry Kane Left for Bayern Munich

This summer, Harry Kane left Tottenham Hotspur for Bayern Munich. As a result, Perry Groves believes James Maddison was ‘very happy.’

Harry Kane joined Bayern Munich just before the start of the new Premier League season. Groves went on to say that it now allows Maddison to be the’main man at Tottenham,’ as reported by talkSPORT.

At first, when the Spurs signed Maddison, the fans were looking forward to seeing a fast-thinking player link up with Tottenham’s all-time goalscorer on the domestic stage.

Though there was a glance of that at pre-season, now the Spurs faithful will have to tune in to England games in order to see it, the reason being that it will never happen on the club stage.

With that Kane door well and truly closed at Spurs, it has created opened doors for others to step up. Besides, former Arsenal man Groves thinks Maddison is now doing that.

Maddison is “Quite happy” that Kane is No longer in Tottenham

Groves said, “I think James Maddison is quite pleased that Harry Kane has left Tottenham,” “Yeah, I do. Takes the number ten shirt. He is absolutely thriving to be the main man.

Maddison is Already a Significant Player

It is still early days at Spurs, but the players, like of Maddison and the new manager, are showing that they have raised the club from top to bottom.

The style of play is at the heart of it all, with Maddison recently helping Ange Postecoglou’s side smash Burnley in the Premier League to maintain their unbeaten start after four games.

With Maddison’s recent help to Ange Postecoglou’s side smash Burnley in the Premier League, maintaining their unbeaten start after four games, this style of play is at the heart of it all.

At this moment, there are signs showing that Kane isn’t being missed. Instead, when they take a few blows, their real test will come.

Tottenham Has Been Told That Signing ‘extraordinary’ is Now ‘more Difficult.’ Midfielder

In another development, Tottenham Hotspur manager Alasdair Gold says signing Chelsea midfielder Conor Gallagher has become ‘more difficult.’

Tottenham were active during the summer transfer window of 2023, including a last-minute signing of Brennan Johnson from Nottingham Forest.

Conor Gallagher was talked about to be joining from Chelsea, but as Fabrizio Romano pointed out, no bid was made for the midfielder.

And as it stands now that Gallagher is a regular for Mauricio Pochettino at Stamford Bridge, he believes it will be more difficult for him to join Spurs in January, according to his own YouTube channel.

The 23-year-old has before been loaned out, including to Crystal Palace, but he stayed at Chelsea last season, only to go through three managers and finish in the bottom half of the table.

Given the interest, the powers that be could have easily sold Gallagher, but they have kept him on board and are giving him a chance.
