Bengals rookie WR Andrei Iosivas set to play vs. Steelers

The Bengals will return a weapon against the

The Cincinnati Bengals offense is already a man-down unit without Joe Burrow, and Tee Higgins is still healing from a hamstring ailment. They seem to be getting one weapon back with rookie wideout Andrei Iosivas at center, thanks to Jake Browning.

Iosivas had at least one target in each of the five games before he was benched against the Ravens. Additionally, he has two touchdowns this season.

Having said that, Charlie Clifford provided this update. Iosivas has spent the past week dealing with a knee issue.

Iosivas was drafted with the 206th overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft out of Princeton. The 24-year-old stands 6-foot-3 and has been incorporated well into the Bengals offense over the last two months. He has four receptions and 23 receiving yards on the season.

Despite having just four receptions, Iosivas has two touchdowns as well. Without a clear note on whether or not Higgins will be available against the Steelers on Sunday, having Iosivas on the field should provide some relief for Bengals fans.
