The University of South Carolina has officially announced dates for its massive $5.3 billion renovation of Williams-Brice Stadium, signaling a bold new chapter in college football. The project, set to begin in December 2025, aims to modernize and elevate the fan experience while transforming the stadium into a year-round entertainment hub.
Phase 1, which wraps up by August 2027, will focus on the West Premium and Club areas, as well as upgrades to the East Side. Fans can expect 30 new traditional suites, six high-end Founders Suites, and significantly expanded premium seating options. The club-level experience will be completely reimagined, featuring in-seat service, gourmet food, and more personal space—bringing a VIP feel to Gamecock game days.
