Mark Robins will make a more informed decision today on Victor Torp’s availability for key league and cup games after receiving the results of a scan on the Coventry City midfielder.
The 24-year-old suffered a calf injury at Stoke last week which forced him to withdraw from the game at half-time, and a scan this week has revealed a small tear. However, Robins remains cautiously optimistic and was due to sit down with his medical staff today (Thurs) to discuss the injury and weigh up the chances of risking him when the Sky Blues take on Preston on Friday (7.45pm kick-off).
