Everton and Nottingham Forest eyeing up young Brazilian for transfer – Club want ‘at least €30m’

According to Brazilian media, Everton and Nottingham Forest are both interested in Corinthians midfielder Gabriel Moscardo.

Today, IG Esporte publishes an article claiming that talks to bring the player to Chelsea have stalled and that the player’s transfer to Europe has been restarted.

As it turns out, they have revealed several additional clubs in the fight for Moscardo, namely Everton and Nottingham Forest.

The site reports that Toffees and the Tricky Trees have already made proposals for the signature, despite the fact that no bids have yet been received.
Everton and Nottingham Forest should be aware of how difficult it will be to sign the youngster. First, because of his expensive price, which is rumored to be ‘at least €30m’, with €25m up front and €5m in bonuses.

The other concern is the transfer competition, as Barcelona is rumored to be interested in the deal as well as Premier League clubs.

A €100 million release clause protects the player, and Corinthians are relieved.
