Leeds requested to sign a player in the opposite direction at the last minute, and while we don’t know who that player was, Bailey claims that they ultimately decided against joining Leeds.

Leeds requested an unknown player in exchange.
Bailey discussed his knowledge of the Sinisterra agreement.

“Bournemouth has entered the picture with a loan deal with a £25 million option. They were attempting to sign a player going the other way. I was unable to learn who that guy was, but he reportedly refused to travel to Leeds, which created a small problem, according to Bailey.

finally organized

Although Leeds may have been rejected by this alleged mystery player, things were ultimately resolved.

Jaidon Anthony, who was first rejected by the Whites by one of the Cherries’ players, has in fact moved from Bournemouth to Leeds.

It’s unknown who this supposed other player was, but, in all honesty, Anthony really isn’t a bad option for the Whites.

Anthony is, to put it mildly, a decent addition to this Leeds side. Whether Leeds have enough to go and win promotion remains to be seen.
