TIM SHERWOOD PRAISES 24-YEAR-OLD TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR PLAYER V SHEFFIELD UNITED

Tottenham Hotspur manager Tim Sherwood applauded Manor Solomon’s effort against Sheffield United at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Manor Solomon played for Tottenham Hotspur in their Premier League encounter against Sheffield United on Saturday afternoon at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Spurs’ 4-2-3-1 formation saw the winger start on the left of a three-man attacking midfield.

Solomon, who can also play as an attacking midfielder, was on the pitch for 80 minutes.

Manor Solomon of Tottenham Hotspur has been praised for his performance against Sheffield United.

Sky Sports had former Tottenham manager Tim Sherwood watching the game.

And he was impressed by the first-half performance of the 24-year-old Israel international attacker.

On Sky Sports News (3:45pm, September 16, 2023), Sherwood remarked of Solomon, “Solomon has been outstanding on the left-hand side.”

Tottenham Hotspur played well and were extremely offensive against Sheffield United, but they battled to break down a very defensive Blades squad for much of the game.

The Yorkshire club defended deep and made life difficult for Spurs.

Solomon played four vital passes, had a pass accuracy of 85.7%, took 51 touches, attempted four dribbles, and put in two crosses during his time on the pitch at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

Solomon performed admirably for Tottenham.
