Sad news For Alabama: He won’t play again career ending injury for star…

Alabama’s sack leader to reportedly miss remainder of 2024 season…

Not all was good for the Alabama Crimson Tide during their impressive 42-13 road win over the LSU Tigers on Saturday night in Baton Rouge, as there were a few players from the program who went down with injuries during the game.

One of those players was starting outside linebacker Que Robinson, who had to leave the game early due to injury, and unfortunately would never return to the field.

According to a report from CBS Sports’ Matt Zenitz as well, it appears that the injury to Robinson is significant enough that it will result in the starting outside linebacker to miss the remainder of the 2024 season.

Tied for the Alabama team-lead in sacks, Robinson, a redshirt senior, is in the midst of a career-year with the Crimson Tide, owning a combined stat line of 23 tackles, seven TFL, four sacks, and one forced fumble. Robinson, as noted above, was a starter for the Crimson Tide at outside linebacker, and was one of the more experienced players at the position for Alabama.

As a result of Robinson’s absence, look for names such as Qua Russaw and Keanu Koht to potentially step into larger roles for the Alabama defense going forward.
